Batistoni srl | services | Direttiva RoHS
As requested by its clients, Batistoni s.r.l supplies products in compliance with RoHs directive and releases the related conformity declaration.
Our products in conformity with the RoHS directive.
The RoHS 2 directive 2011/65/EU concerns the restrictions about the use of hazardous materials in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE), in order to protect the environment and human health.
This new directive replaces the previous one 2002/95/CE acknowledged in Italy by D.Lgs. 151 in 2006.
No changes have been inserted to the banned chemical substances:
cadmium (0.01%), mercury (0.1%), hexavalent chrome (0.1%), lead (0.1%) and flame retardants, PBB and PBDE (0.1%).
The RoHS directive has been applied to finished products. Not to their components or subsystems. A finished product is considered compliant to the RoHS directive when all its components are conform to the restriction of the banned materials ("induced" conformity). The suppliers of components are not obliged to supply materials compliant to the Rohs directive, but the manufacturers of electronics and electrical equipments must use conform components, by asking their selected supplier.
This rule concerns any type of components.
